Regina Davis-Center Manager/Teacher Community Action Program for Central Arkansas
Ms. Davis has been a Head Start Teacher for nine years and holds a B.S.E. in early childhood/elementary education. She works at the Heber Springs Head Start Center where “she teaches from the heart, as well as a curriculum.” She has been instrumental in increasing community support of the Head Start program and is a spokesperson for Head Start in the community.

Ms. Paschal has been a teacher assistant for 11 years at Lonoke Child Development Center. She has a CDA. Her program uses a team approach and many of the children are as likely to say that she is their teacher. Her supervisor considers Ms. Paschal “the right arm of the center”. She always shows “affection and compassion to the children and co-workers.
